Refund policy

  • There is a strict no return and no cancellation policy. Hence there is no refund policy
  • Product is eligible for exchange only if the received product is defective or is received in a damaged condition or the package is lost in transit, subject to fulfillment of following conditions :
  • A defective product will not be eligible for exchange if –
    1. The original inner packaging and tags/notes are not retained
    2. There are any damages to the product after the delivery of the same
    3. The serial number / unique identifier / bar code of the package is tampered or not readable or altered or missing
    • An unboxing video is required for any item to be considered for exchange
  • If customer receives a package in a poor condition or if the package or product is damaged at the time of delivery, the customer must refuse to accept the package and inform us immediately with pictures and videos of the package at rootshandloom@gmail.com by including his/her Order ID in the mail or DM us on Instagram @roots.handlooms. We will ensure that customer receives the same product in perfect condition with no additional cost.
  • Any complaints regarding missing product from the package will only be considered if an unboxing video and pictures are shared by the customer within 1 day of delivery
